Life Changing Work
The Business and Professional Women Association builds the conditions for Jordanian women to work, lead, and grow a business. Our projects span six areas — entrepreneurship, skills development, economic empowerment, workplace inclusion, policy and research, and youth mentorship — and they share one starting point: identify what is actually holding women back, then work with the people able to change it.
That work runs from 60-hour training programmes across ten governorates to the KIP Index, the first sector-based benchmark of workplace inclusivity across eleven Arab countries. We deliver it with partners including USAID, GIZ, UNIDO, the World Economic Forum, and Jordan's Ministry of Industry, Trade and Supply — and we measure it where it counts: inclusive HR policies adopted, businesses formalised, and women hired, retained, and promoted.
